How do deposits work?expand_more
You set the deposit amount — clients pay that deposit when they book to lock in their appointment, not the full session in checkout. Stripe processes the payment and pays out directly to you. LVL2 never holds your money.
What happens if a client no-shows or cancels?expand_more
You keep the deposit — full stop. Because clients pay to book (not just fill out a form), last-minute ghosts are rare. LVL2BOT also sends automated reminders before the appointment so clients don't forget, which cuts no-shows down significantly.
